i m stuck with my "dare angel "now...no mood to draw..intend to ask for advice.

talking bout friends today..lot of thoughts and feelings... human hearts..complicated..

i m sad in the morning ..really no mood...teacher doesnt interviewed us ... i waste my time.redo...yet i need to waste another week for tis.. really dissapointed..

suprisingly..in the afternoon..mingli really can see me with a "stress" face..i m vry touched ..tat at least she realise tat..even though i knew ..her stress is much more than me...

at night ..ming li asked me to join her to yi ting's bbq gathering..thoughts of gathering? 6 of us only..

ya ..is a good time for me to destress ....

so at 6 i reach home...start cooked with weiling...with a joy heart...

cut veg ,peel potato.. do tis do tat..3 pairs of hand really make things go fast...later on , mingli yi ting had gone back to prepared their dishes..

Mee hun is cooked~just any how..in between this i realise 1 thing..evry cook has thier own way to cook even give same instruction..taste 'll still be diff ..Black papper and spices is my trade mark..i nvr neglect them.

i m happy with the mee hon for 6~it looks heavy but my arm really "suan"liek aching hahah..taste good? All thanks to the paste that given by weiling's dad lol...ahha

reach there..they already start to cook ...yiting had prepared her grilled chiz which marinated earlier for her bbq...once arrive..we had eaten lot..cant stop..althought we wasnt really hungry..mingli really pro..she cook the black sauce chic..looks so familiar..popo de dish~gt the feel..coz it was o o ...yiting pula cooking the dumpling soup...instead..there are lotltolotltol of veg and mushroom inside...woowoo..BOTH LOoKs GREAT~!

ok ..tats the video..at last ..we are done~!the Soup looks great! we are excited to place all the setting..waiting for her 2 friends to come back...wait wait..wait..almost 1 hr since we cooked they havent come back...i can feel tat actually the excitedness had fade down..full of puzzle since they gone so long without picking up the phone.....we kept mum....all we can do is wait..

however .they called..we eat 1st...nvm....the excitedness still back..

i can see the joyfullness on our face...is really touched and achived~we can cooked smtg like adults!

Ehrm..erhm..

Ok ..hi….ok cookies day start todae..
Now is 4 10 am..the last day to countdown for Chinese new year..
I haven’t slp coz I m still waiting for my “cookies” in the kitchen..
I do it start frm 12 till now..Its very trouble some..and..i wish I could slp ..ZzzzZZzzzz
Lets start to intro this COoKies …

It ‘s so called “Snowy Mountain”by me ..

Haha..now 4 24..finally done successfully..still waiting for last tray to be kept~!
Ha…..its really tough doing this since it was my first time doing this after eating once at class which bought by Jannah..
Baking these cookies may be the contribution of mine towards my fam in this Chinese New year!
I’m quite satisfied with wat I gain in during these~At least I can did mostly the same as Jannah’s.
Although I been failed few times just now..

1st- I get the soft soft snowy which taste like chewy gum.(Followed the instruction~still cant get the hard snowy?)

2nd-I put the temperature a little higher to 150”C instead of 130..however,it become harden but still sticky..dad say nice..but then I still cannot take it..so I do again another half portion of the ingredient given.

3rd-Do the same step again…measured ..Beat the eggs white which really really tiring..woooo
However..by the time I wanted to mix the cornflixs ..the egg white that is beaten already turns watery…OMG…I waste all my half an hour effort!

Its then tougher and “spendy” part overall..wat to do …I dare not to take the risk to just mix them up..ignore mom’s suggestion…I secretly took out another egg white and do it again till I get it….although it means I need to REDO everythings again…

Another troublesome task…the corn flakes tat are mix in the ingredient is the one cause then snowy become chewy..so only that we realize that we need to toasted the flakes be4 mix them up…ok ..i willing to toast..

However….thanks to yingying…She had mix the corn flakes with the choco chip.. -.-“~~
Haiz..they say nvm lar ..just baked it lo..No WAY~!I NeVER giVe Up easily!~?i dint get any perfect cookies yet!
Finally…. I really picked out the chips one by one..

perhaps I m really stupid..stubborn.. But I rather like tat then regret being doing imperfect cookies thou they don’t know the taste..
Each tray just can filling few 20 ++..overal …I suppose waited for only 3 tray which cause we only (40 min *3)… I really cant get it..dunnwanna give up… So I baked the baked cookies again again and again till I get the exact taste as the actual one.
Tats y….Instead of 3 trays .. i had use for 5 tray times to done it accomplishedly..
I used to it..coz I always do double work..y?
Coz it is Me….
Although it was just few ..less than 2 tins which fully used of my time..
I m sleepy…tired….
But..is worth it..at least ..
I did something during this “super short” CnY break…

damn depress todae..slept at 7 am jsut to done my stupid art..continue inthe next whole day..and the outcome like shit! wtF! i really not going to touch tat again..!!

after tat only we really go to the ntuc..buy our stuff...say buy biscuit rite..at last..we buy..chicken lar..veg lar...bread...eggs...fish cakess..biscuits.....kinda lots~!haah..womens..cant stop shopping...planning..budgeting to but the cheepest~!even a single bunch of sawi we also wanna take for granted...typical auntie....haizz...
walk back by carrying those heavy stuff....can t imagine..leg like swollen once reach home..damn tired.
